HMB was appointed as Quantity Surveyors and Principal Designers by Malvern College for the construction of a brand new £7,000,000 boarding house
The new house includes housemaster’s accommodation, common rooms, dining rooms and a full kitchen.
Again through a good working relationship between the design team, the client and the contractor the project was completed on budget
HMB provided full PQS duties on the project, including a cost plan, production of bills of quantities, tender report and analysis, production of contract documentation, interim valuations and agreement of the variations and final account
