HMB was happy to be involved with Cherwell District Council’s latest community project; an existing tired and out-of-date Community Centre was demolished, and a brand-new Sports Hall and Community Centre was constructed in its place
This new Centre provides an invaluable home for numerous Community Clubs, Sports Teams, and local events. The building is a mixture of modern steel framing and cladding, and traditional facing brickwork and masonry, ensuring that it sits harmoniously within its mainly residential location
HMB provided full PQS duties on this £1.2m project. This included the production of Tender Documentation, Contract Sum Analysis Pricing Document, Main Contract Preliminaries information and JCT Contract, Monthly Valuations, and agreement of the Final Account
