HMB were delighted to assist Cherwell District Council with their £285,000 residential housing project
The project was the construction of a new 2 storey, 3-bedroom house, brick and block walls, timber window and doors, timber upper floor and staircases, roof rafters, tile coverings, associated services, external works and drainage, including new crossover
HMB provided full PQS duties. This included a Schedule of Works pricing document, Tender Analysis, Contract Documentation and JCT Form of Contract, interim Valuations, and Cost Reports
