We were delighted to continue our long and successful working partnership with Glyn Hopkin Ltd on this £1.2m alteration and remodelling project to an existing vacant car dealership in Ilford, London.
The remodelling of this dealership was finished with the aim of giving the customer the best possible experience. The project included a complete refurbishment of the showroom and workshop areas.
HMB provided full PQS duties. This included cost plans, Bills of Quantities, preparation of a JCT building contract with associated subcontractor warranty agreements, interim valuation recommendations, and the negotiation of the final account.
